Bad News...

I heard it and felt depressing. 

After a year of trainings, hardship, battling with the schedules  just to have an operation, political game playing that has been going on, what respect will he received if this will get materialized? I don’t get it. We don’t get it, really. A good reason about the health issues I commented is not just a basis why it should be this way. If there’s a nice offer outside the circle, we will grab it as fast as we can. But now, we’re thinking of our future and assume that anyone who is on our level now might very well rise higher, someday. 

According to a respected person we know, same position but acting as head is already practicing at other offices. Yes we know that, but hey, they are still enjoying the benefit of being a superior like the issuance of an item, the salary rate of being a *ehem*, the title they are using when a memo was typed. Its okay about the compensation, we understand the situation of what we have right now. But the issuance of the said unit is something bothering.  It helped us a lot. We don’t want to be plastic here, and also the fact that it makes him hold the title of being the *tut tut* , di ba? Yun lang, wag naman sana I turn over if the issue is just a re-assignment of position. 

We don’t want to burn any bridges. It’s still important to treat coworkers with the same amount of respect that you would like them to give you wherein they can be a huge help to you down the line. Still, we want them to have lots of positive memories of us, especially at him.
